Registration FAQs

1. How do I register ?

First goto the login page from top right corner of the homepage, you can register by clicking the "register" button at the center of the page. Please provide the information in the form that appears. you can review the terms and conditions. provide your other detail and submit the registration information.

2. Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on festivalmasti.com is absolutely free.

3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on festivalmasti.com?

you can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

4. Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one festivalmasti account.

 

Account Related

1. What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at festivalmasti.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

2. How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

 

Payment FAQs

1. What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on festivalmasti.com using the following modes of payment: Cash on delivery

2. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by festivalmasti to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay.

Delivery Charges


Ahmedabad : Rs. 50 below order of Rs. 800. Above Rs 800 no delivery charges.
Across India except Ahmedabad : Rs. 300 below order of 20,000. Above Rs. 20,000 no delivery charges.

3. What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

4. Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any evoucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

 

Delivery Related

1. When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout. Your order will be delivered to you withing 1 to 7 days.

2. How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers. Customers out of Ahmedabad will be delivered through standard courier service with a proper tracking details.

3. How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

4. How much are the delivery charges?

Ahmedabad : Rs. 50 below order of Rs. 800. Above Rs 800 no delivery charges. Across India except Ahmedabad : Rs. 300 below order of 20,000. Above Rs. 20,000 no delivery charges.

5. Do you deliver in my area?

You will be intimated via sms and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the dispatch.

6. Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

7. Do you do same day delivery?

We do same day delivery provided you place your order before 12 noon on the day (for ahmedabad only) For same day delivery you need to pay extra express delivery charge of Rs.100.

8. Is Same Day Delivery applicable to only a few products or all products?

The Same day Delivery is applicable to our entire range of products( Depended on the season & availability of item).

 

Order Related

1. What is a cut-off timing and what are the corresponding cut-off timing for each slot?

Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. We have a cut off time of 4 hrs for normal delivery and 1 hr for express delivery.

2. Can I add products after the cut off time for a slot?

No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time . However, if you wish to buy a product you may enter as new order and in case if your delivery is not dispatched we will merge orders and provide you rebate for extra delivery charge.

3. How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

4. Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

5. How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the current status of order by login into the account or by contacting our customer support team.

6. How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

If you face any issues with price, quality or delivery of products we will take every measure to address the issue and make it up to you. Please contact our customer support team with details or your order as well as the issue you faced.

1. Do you have offline stores?

No we don't have any offline store. We don't want you to travel to our store when we can provide you service at your doorstep on your finger's click.

2. Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?

There is a link called “Store Wide Offers” on the top right hand side of our website. All products with any discount or promotions are listed under this section.

3. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, damaged, expired)?

We do provide quality products with due check, still in case if you find any issues with product, We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will arrange for reverse pickup.

4. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

The money will be refunded to your payment gateway and in case of COD, you will get it as credit in store.

5. I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with festivalmasti.com?

Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions. Please contact us at sales@festivalmasti.com to know more.

6. I’d like to suggest some products. Who do I contact?
